This isn’t just another art class.
This is a deep dive into the magic of intuitive creativity that will unlock your inner power and transform your life!
“You are offering something so special… I can see the amazing weave of health mixed in with that paint. It has limitless benefit.”
No experience needed.
All you have to do is show up for yourself and Jen will guide you through an intuitive flow of expressive art, embodied movement, and soulful reflection in a warm, welcoming space.
What is Freeflow?
Freeflow is a creative experience designed to help you reconnect - with your sense of self, with your body, your creativity, and with other likeminded individuals in a space that encourages authentic expression.
This is not your typical art or dance class. There are no techniques to master, no right or wrong way to participate.
Every Freeflow experience is a different adventure, inviting you to explore a unique blend of:
Intuitive visual arts (like drawing, painting, and mark-making)
Embodied movement and somatic awareness
Immersive soundscapes
Guided visualisations and meditations
Reflective writing and journaling
Experiences are designed to inspire participants to respond to these modalities by engaging with their intuition, through a series of guided, intentional prompts.
Whether you’re seeking personal insight, inner calm, fun and adventure, or meaningful connection, Freeflow offers a nourishing space to come as you are and create from there.
Sessions last for two and a half hours and spaces are limited to ensure an intimate group experience.
‘I feel very fortunate to have been in the group that you expertly led. I was so in awe of the holistic experience and felt very nurtured the whole way through... The meditation session really set the tone to one of relaxation and deep introspection, which paved the way for the creative background to flow out of me without too much trepidation. The creative writing process seemed like a natural progression, and I loved the creative movement because I felt so free…’

How is Freeflow different from other art or dance classes?
There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong way to create. It’s not about becoming a better artist or dancer - it’s about becoming more you. Each session is an invitation to slow down, playfully explore and express yourself through creativity, and allow the unexpected magic to emerge throughout the process…
Is this right for me?
These experiences are ideal for you if…
The idea of developing your unique sense of creative expression is exciting
You are ready to explore and nurture your relationship with self
You are committed to a journey of growth and self-development
Feels a little overwhelming? Why not try a private 1:1 or 1:2 session in the comfort of your own home, out in nature, or in my studio!

An intuitive flow combines several creative modalities, expanding the creative process and making it more flexible and multidimensional.
For example, painting may flow into writing which can flow into movement then back into painting.
This interchangeable and adaptable flow can support self-esteem and resilience through self-discovery, practicing overcoming creative challenges, forging social bonds, and meeting our needs for play and adventure.
-
Expressive Arts include multiple, creative modalities such as visual arts, music, movement, writing, and drama.
The term 'expressive' refers to creative formats that prioritise personal expression, often resulting in deeply transformative and therapeutic experiences.
Each Expressive Art modality offers a unique playground for exploring the intuitive creative process.
-
Expressive Arts practice supports mental health and wellbeing by promoting relaxation, strengthening resilience, and improving self-esteem through nurturing a profound connection with our intuition.
This practice can also open up new creative possibilities for participants as they explore and engage with diverse art forms.

Not at all. Freeflow is for anyone - especially those who don’t identify as creative. There’s absolutely no pressure to make anything “perfect.” It’s about expression, not performance. No experience required - just curiosity and a willingness to try.
-
That’s completely normal. Every session begins with gentle grounding to encourage you to arrive in the space and find support in your body. The space is also intentionally low-lit to create a calm atmosphere, and the culture of the sessions is intentionally nurtured to be curious, not critical. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace, stay with what feels good, and even sit out or modify activities if needed. Many people find their self-consciousness softens as the session unfolds.
-
While Freeflow is deeply therapeutic, it’s not clinical therapy. It’s a guided creative experience designed to support emotional well-being, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation. Jen is trained in expressive arts and trauma-informed facilitation, and prioritises creating a safe, supported container for personal exploration.

Typically, at the Philip Street Precinct in room #1 that has floor-to-ceiling curtains which creates a cosy ambience perfect for deep-diving into your inner world.
However, the location is dependent on the number of bookings and small groups may be held in my private studio. If you have a booking, this will be confirmed with you about a week before the event.

Yes, absolutely. Many people come solo and leave feeling more connected. Freeflow is a welcoming space for individuals to explore their own experience while being held within a like-minded, supportive group.
However, if you’d like to bring a friend, family member, colleague, or support worker, you can use the code BETTERTOGETHER10 and receive 10% off both bookings!

Wear comfortable clothes you can move and create in - layers are great. All materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own journal if you’d like. You don’t need anything fancy - just you and some water (because staying hydrated is cool!)
-
Of course. Casual passes are available here, though you’ll receive the deepest benefit through attending multiple sessions or committing to the full immersion journey. If you’re unsure, start with one and see how it feels!
Then, if you feel ready to commit, your casual pass will be applied as credit to the full immersion price!
